Art has to move you and design does not, unless it's a good design for a bus

David Hockney, the renowned British artist, once famously said, “Art has to move you and design does not, unless it's a good design for a bus.” This statement encapsulates the essence of what sets art apart from design. Art has the power to evoke emotions, provoke thoughts, and stir the soul, while design is primarily focused on functionality and aesthetics.
