Everyone has at least one unstable friend, i just happen to be that friend
Having an unstable friend can be both challenging and rewarding. As someone who has been labeled as the unstable friend in my group, I can attest to the fact that it can be a rollercoaster of emotions and experiences.Being the unstable friend means that you are often the one who is unpredictable, emotional, and sometimes difficult to handle. You may have mood swings, outbursts, or struggles with mental health issues that can make it hard for your friends to know how to support you. It can be frustrating for both parties, as your friends may not always understand why you act the way you do, and you may feel like you are constantly burdening them with your problems.
However, being the unstable friend also means that you have a unique perspective and depth of emotion that can be valuable to your friends. You may be more empathetic, sensitive, and understanding of others' struggles because you have been through your own. Your friends may turn to you for advice, comfort, or a listening ear because they know that you have a deep well of experience to draw from.
