How I feel when I skip class. I should have gone to class. How I feel when I go to class. I should have stayed home

Skipping class in college can be a tempting prospect for many students. The allure of sleeping in, hanging out with friends, or simply avoiding a boring lecture can be strong. However, the feeling of guilt and regret that often follows skipping class is something that many students can relate to.

When I skip class, I often feel a mix of emotions. Initially, there is a sense of freedom and relief that comes with not having to sit through a lecture or participate in a discussion. However, as the day goes on, I start to feel guilty for missing out on valuable information and opportunities to learn. I worry about falling behind in my studies and not being able to keep up with the material. The fear of missing out on important announcements or assignments also weighs heavily on my mind.

As the day progresses, I start to feel a sense of unease and restlessness. I know that I should have gone to class and that my decision to skip was not the best choice. The feeling of regret and disappointment in myself for not being more disciplined and responsible can be overwhelming. I realize that skipping class is not only a disservice to myself but also to my professors and classmates who rely on my participation in the learning process.

On the other hand, when I do go to class, I sometimes find myself wishing that I had stayed home. The monotony of sitting through a lecture or the feeling of being unengaged in the material can make me question the value of attending class. I may feel bored, tired, or simply unmotivated to participate in the discussion. In these moments, I long for the comfort of my bed or the company of my friends.

However, as the class progresses, I often find myself becoming more engaged and interested in the material. I start to appreciate the opportunity to learn from my professors and classmates and to expand my knowledge and understanding of the subject. I realize that attending class is an important part of my academic journey and that the benefits of being present far outweigh the drawbacks of skipping.
