Psychological or spiritual development always requires a greater capacity for anxiety and ambiguity

Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, is well-known for his theories on psychological development and the importance of embracing anxiety and ambiguity in order to achieve personal growth and spiritual enlightenment.
