Without faith, nothing is possible. With it, nothing is impossible Picture Quote #1

Without faith, nothing is possible. With it, nothing is impossible

Mary McLeod Bethune was a woman of unwavering faith and determination. Born in 1875 to former slaves in South Carolina, she faced numerous obstacles and challenges throughout her life. However, it was her deep faith in God that guided her every step of the way and allowed her to achieve the seemingly impossible.

Bethune's faith was the driving force behind her tireless efforts to improve the lives of African Americans and promote education for all. She believed that with faith, anything was possible, and she dedicated her life to proving this belief true. Despite facing discrimination and prejudice, Bethune never wavered in her faith or her commitment to making a difference.

One of Bethune's most notable achievements was the founding of the Daytona Educational and Industrial Training School for Negro Girls in 1904. With just $1.50 to her name, Bethune started the school with the belief that education was the key to empowerment and success. Through her faith and determination, the school grew and eventually merged with the Cookman Institute to become Bethune-Cookman College, a thriving institution that continues to educate and inspire students to this day.

Bethune's faith also guided her in her work as a civil rights activist and advisor to several U.S. presidents. She believed that with faith, nothing was impossible, and she used her influence to advocate for racial equality and social justice. Bethune's unwavering faith in God gave her the strength and courage to speak out against injustice and fight for change, even in the face of adversity.
